In 2009, the cartoon Spring Breeze Sylph aired on television. Inspired by the "magical girl" genre of animation, the show followed three teenagers as they adventured into the fairy world of Feyroot. They transformed into heroes known as Sylphs, and together they fought against the Despot of Decay and his forces of evil.

Today, the show has garnered a loyal following, in no small part thanks to a shocking cliff-hanger ending. The show was canceled after just one season, leaving fans with no answer as to what would become of their favorite characters for years... until now!

Second Wind Sylph is the official webcomic continuation of Spring Breeze Sylph! The story follows the sylphs as adults struggling to make their way in life. When the gate to Feyroot reopens after twelve years, the Sylphs, now joined by their foe-turned-friend Vindella Rhizanth, are called upon to save the realm from the witch Enchanterelle, and her mysterious masked accomplice. Will this be the opportunity to set things right, and give this story the happy ending it never had?
